Teacher's Day celebration in RES School .

 

Teachers day is an important day in an academic year in any school. One such school that I’d like to mention is RESschool. It is because I was at the campus, as my son studies in the school in the 6th grade. To my surprise the school had invited the parents of the students in the 6th grade, as the grade had put up a small event for the teachers to celebrate.

 

It was a very joyous occasion to see all students come together to celebrate and appreciate their teachers for all the hard-work and dedication they put together for them.

 

The School’s lobby was well decorated and all students were handing out roses to their teachers, as a token of appreciation which was very heart-warming to see.

 

Before the event began, I had the pleasure of meeting the teachers. I too did my part and thanked them for all that were doing for our children. At the same time, had a very lively discussion with them for remaining academic year.

 

The event by the children as also very well put together. They focused-on speaking about their teachers and interacting with them. The first part of the event was dedicated to students teaching about their teachers.

 

The introductory talk was given by the principal, it was pretty interactive. She spoke about her vision for the school and how she wants to improve the ways the school functions for the betterment of students and their parents. After that the teachers spoke and thanked the students for organizing the event that day.

 

There was one student who also sang a song for his teacher, who’s help he had sought during his exams. He was very appreciative for the individual attention that he got, due to which he was able to perform well in his exams also.

 

After this, every teacher and student shared their experiences in the school, they also spoke about the importance of teacher’s day. How essential it is for teachers to do their job, as they are the first people to impart knowledge in an individual. You are what your teachers are and how they shape you during the course of your schooling.

 

To conclude I would like to wish all teachers and benefactors all around the globe a very happy teachers’ day, and would like to thank them for everything that they have done for us , and making us what we are today!
